- PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR el Auto del 10 de marzo de 2016, mediante el cual se rechazó la demanda presentada por el ciudadano Manuel Santiago Urueta Ayola contra los artículos 74 al 82, 161-2 y 161-6 de la Ley 1437 de 2011 "Por la cual se expide el Código de Procedimiento Administrativo y de lo Contencioso Administrativo", por infringir los artículos 23, 152 y 153 de la Constitución y 24 de la Declaración Americana de los Derechos y Deberes del Hombre.
- SEGUNDO. COMUNICAR el contenido de esta decisión al recurrente, informándole que contra ella no procede recurso alguno.
